The list of gnáthscéla (miscellaneous tales) which forms the opening section in version B of the medieval Irish tale lists (RIA 23 N 10, Rawl. B 512 and Harl. 5280; it is not found in version A). Many of these refer to individual episodes in Táin bó Cúailnge.

Title referring to a tale known as Boithréim Ulad. Mac Cana suggests that the title belongs to the previous entry, referring to the same text with the comparable title Mesca Ulad, but that a link such as .i. has been lost in transmission.
