A passage relating how Banba was the first to come to Ireland, along with 150 women and three men, and gave her name to Ireland; foll. by a brief passage concerning Partholón. It is edited by Macalister from MS F (fragment in RIA MS 23 E 29) of LGÉ recension A, where it is attributed to Lebor Dromma Snechta (= Cín Dromma Snechtai), a manuscript now lost.
