14th century (ca. 1350), quire of 8 folia. Later addition (added in after the manuscript was bound in 1583). Taken from Aberystwyth, National Library of Wales, Peniarth MSS 4-5 (Llyfr Gwyn Rhydderch) (in 1940 removed from Peniarth 12 and reincorporated into Peniarth 4). Referred to in modern scholarship as 'quire 22'.
