additional quatrain (recension C) on Colum Cille and his foundation of a church on the hill.

An additional quatrain (beg. Tánic co Temraig na ríg) accompanies several copies of the poem in recension C, either in the margin or in the main body of the text. It tells that Colum Cille later came to ‘Tara of the kings’ and founded a church on the hill of Achall (Skryne).
