You can use XPath notation to select a part, or parts, of the XML document. There are two special syntax rules you should be aware of:

• Use the following namespace as a prefix:

  //ctc: 

• Pipe symbols, used for expressing OR relationships, are not allowed, but you can use

  {{!}}

  instead.

Example: select the two paragraphs whose xml:id attributes contain the values I.i.17 and I.i.18 respectively:
