Heading/rubric: ‘Incipiunt glosae veteris ac novi testamenti’
A Latin glossary, in two divisions, on the books of the Old Testament. It is a mixed compilation which alternately takes excerpts from a glossary of Haimo of Auxerre, marked ‘AI’ or ‘HAI’, and John Scottus Eriugena's Glossae divinae historiae, marked ‘IO’ or ‘IOH’. The division associated with the latter also includes a series of Old Irish glosses. Despite its heading, the text does not contain entries for the New Testament but breaks off after glossing the Book of Malachi.
