Fragment. Four extraneous leaves folded in two, which appear to have been used as binding material. Two other fragments of the original manuscript have been found: a fly-leaf in Nancy, Bibliothèque municipale, MS 317 and Vatican City, Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, MS Vat. lat. 5755, pp. 3–6.
