NLW and IIIF

This is a temporary page (April 2022).

All manuscripts and manuscript units have a page/entry associated with them. Not all pages are currently accessible because some are waiting for a few checks before publication can be justified. Note that everything can be considered a work in progress, even those entries that are relatively detailed. Not included are manuscripts that have been digitally reunited (Llyfr Coch Talgarth, Llyfr Gwyn Rhydderch).

The identifiers prefixed to each entry in the list(s) below refer to unique page identifiers. These IDs can be used to get redirected to the page in question (e.g. https://codecs.vanhamel.nl/Special:Redirect/page/618 or https://codecs.vanhamel.nl/index.php?curid=618) or to an intermediate page called a page ID tracker (https://codecs.vanhamel.nl/index.php?title=Show:ID&id=618).

(Wikidata IDs will probably be added later.)

NLW manuscripts with IIIF manifests

This is a list of those manuscripts from the National Library of Wales for which we have a recorded their IIIF manifests. Work is still underway. In theory if hardly ever in practice, there could be more than one manifest for a single manuscript. There may be duplicates because historically distinct manuscript units are often recorded separately.
